I completed my Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy training at the Karuna Institute in beautiful Devon, UK. It’s a technique I deeply enjoy using, as it helps people access their natural healing abilities and feel more vibrant and alive.
During our sessions, I take the time to listen deeply to your unique life journey, offering support as we work together to address any unresolved feelings or experiences. This creates space for resolution and a sense of wholeness in your life.
Many of my clients have found relief from long-standing tension, stress, and anxiety through our work together. These sessions allow their bodies to realign and move toward a healthier, more balanced state.
I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, helping them address concerns such as back and neck pain, sciatica, tinnitus, headaches, digestive challenges, PTSD, and even supporting cancer recovery. I’m also passionate about working with mothers and babies, both during pregnancy and post-birth.
Remote Craniosacral Therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions. It works by releasing tension in the craniosacral system and enhancing the production of cerebrospinal fluid, which supports the parasympathetic nervous system—the system responsible for rest and healing. Since March 2020, I have been working remotely with clients, and the results have been truly wonderful.
In remote sessions, you can relax in the comfort of your home, whether on your bed, sofa, or floor. I connect with your energy body, visualizing you in that space and using techniques similar to those I apply during in-person treatments. I can sense the areas of restriction in your body and feel the craniosacral rhythm, noticing signs of release like therapeutic pulses or the unwinding of tissue. This unique approach effectively supports your healing journey, and I am here to guide you every step of the way.
Craniosacral Therapy is incredibly versatile and can benefit anyone looking to thrive in life. From my experience, full healing requires a plan that prioritizes consistency. For the best results, I recommend a series of sessions, ideally one per week for at least six weeks. I also offer discounted sessions and packages to make this journey more accessible to you.
